2016 Review

For our family 2016 was a wonderful year! In fact, it has been the best year we’ve ever had (sorry 2015, you were a rough one). We still had some not-so-fun moments, but the good times definitely outweigh the bad.

This year Bryce had a bunch of firsts.

Went Camping

He lost this ability shortly after he learned it, but we are helping him figure it out again.

Laid in the Grass

And a Pony

Rode a Horse

Stood On His Own
(he slept the entire time)

Tolerated His Stander

(normally he starts screaming as soon as I put him in it)

Baked Cupcakes

Heard the Ice Cream Truck

Stayed Awake at the All Abilities Park

And Dad

Swung with Mom

Went Trunk-or-Treating

Climbed a Tree

Saw a Camel
(he fed it too)

Swam with Beautiful Jenna
(this was his second try...his first was not a good experience)

Rode a 4-Wheeler

Fed the Ducks

And the Bunnies

Took a Bubble Bath

He had a couple hospital stays. Thankfully both were elective.         

Started the Ketogenic Diet

Got His G-Tube

He had a few major changes.

Got His NG-Tube

Which He Frequently Puked Out 

  

His Wheelchair Arrived

Finished the Last Bag of Breast Milk

He Got AFO's
(to help him stand)

We were able to spend a bunch of time with family!

These Cool Kids Came

As wonderful as 2016 was, I am excited to see what 2017 has in store for us.
